If you’ve seen me at a convention lately, or talked to me online you may know that the Harold M. Stein Memorial Filk Archive holdings are going to be transferred to an accredited archive location at Texas A&M.
This is an exciting preservation step for some of our more fragile materials, such as the vinyl albums, hand-recorded cassettes, song sheets, and pamphlet style program books, as well as zines, APAs, and songbooks.
We’ll be packing boxes over much of the summer and fall, so if you want to volunteer to come and help, we’d be happy to have your assistance.
