Long time no update!
We are slowly cataloging all of the assets left to the Archive by Harold Stein. 40 boxes are currently located in New Jersey and about 15 are in Massachusetts.
We’re also announcing a partnership with Love Song Productions, to digitize and distribute the recordings made by Spencer Love between 1992 and 2019.
As part of this project, we have invested in some infrastructure to support the conversion of both DAT and Hi-8 tapes; the original digital formats on which these convention recordings were made. We will shortly have a new 64-bit Mark of the Unicorn (MotU) card and will begin conversion of these tapes, using the DA-78 machines and the TASCAM DAT player.
